Located at the Route 17, Exit 122 Interchange in Middletown, NY, this 45-acre site is phase II of Crystal Run Corporate Park. An application is before the Wallkill Planning Board to improve the site with a 222,000 sq. ft. office building complex with a full-service, 300-room Hotel/Conference & Fitness Centers. It is anticipated that construction of this complex will commence in early 2012, at which time the reconstruction of the Interchange is scheduled for completion.

As indicated on the site overview map, diagonally across from the complex, on the other side of Route 17, is the construction site of the 600,000 sq. ft. Orange Regional Medical Center. The Medical Center, along with Crystal Run Healthcare’s recently-completed, 130,000 sq. ft. medical office building, continues the unprecedented growth of the Crystal Run Road/East Main Street corridor as the regional hub for medical and office facilities.
